The delivery times are as follows:

- Shipments to peninsular Spain with MRW express: 1 to 2 business days for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00.
- Shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: about 5 to 13 business days.
- International shipments UPS (outside of Spain): about 4 to 10 business days.

*Note: The shipping times shown on the website are approximate and are counted from the next business day after the order is placed.

At specific times like Christmas, sales, Black Friday, release of the rushed agenda, etc., shipping times could be modified. In these cases, we ask for a little bit of rushed nursing patience, as we will be working double shifts and doing a couple of extra nights! :)

Nurse in a rush is not responsible for possible delivery delays caused by the courier service.

Keep calm! Don't worry if you can't be at home at the time of the first delivery attempt, there's a solution for everything, as we nurses well know.

- If the shipment is carried by MRW: they will leave you a notice and contact you at the phone number you provided at the time of purchase to arrange a second delivery at a time that suits you better.

- If the shipment is carried by Correos: they will leave you a delivery attempt notice with all the information about the office so you can go pick it up.

What a hassle! If 15 calendar days have passed since the first delivery attempt of the rushed package and it has not been delivered to the recipient, your order will be returned to our warehouse. The primary shipping costs will never be refunded in the order refund, should that be the case.

To resend your package, it will be necessary to pay for the shipping costs resulting from the return along with the new shipping costs from our warehouse to your home. If you ultimately do not want the rushed order returned to our warehouse, the shipping costs resulting from the return will also not be refunded.

If the rushed order is not accepted after shipment for reasons unrelated to Enfermera en apuros, S.L., neither the primary costs nor the secondary shipping costs resulting from the return of the package to our warehouse will be refunded. This second shipment will depend on the shipping location of the rushed order.

In international shipments, if the order is not accepted in the destination country, or for some reason unrelated to Enfermera en apuros, it is not delivered and is returned to the country of origin, all costs incurred by the return of the package to the origin (unpaid customs charges, new shipping costs incurred, etc.) will be deducted from the amount of the products to be refunded.

Enfermera en apuros will not be responsible for any customs charges for both national and international orders, as they are external to the company and completely independent.

If you're not sure whether you'll receive it or not, don't worry! As soon as you add products to your shopping basket, it will magically be added on your cart as soon as you reach the limit :)
