RETURNS

In orders destined for Spain, returns may be made within a period of 30 calendar days* , from the receipt of the order (counting the same day of delivery), communicating by email to soporte@enfermeraenapuros.com (in working days from 09:00 to 14:30, Madrid time - Central Europe) the purchase data and the desire to return the product before the return period expires. Likewise, both the products and the packaging that are returned must be in perfect conditions, in their packaging, with the original seal and without having suffered any damage or modifications of any kind. On the other hand, shipping labels must be attached to extra packaging, never directly on the products.

* If within 45 calendar days from receipt of the order and if the reasons are beyond the control of Nurse in a rush, we do not receive the products, we will not be able to refund them.
For other destinations inside European Union, the period is 14 calendar days, and the maximum period for receipt of the order is 30 calendar days. Returns are not allowed for orders placed outside the European Union.
To open the incident , it is necessary to keep the original packaging , as well as the shipping label , since a photograph of said elements will be required. We will also request a photograph of all products received along with the shipping label and packaging. The products that you wish to be returned must be in perfect condition , and if there is sealed packaging , it must not have been removed or modified . 

RETURNS:

If the return is not due to a defect or erroneous product , payments made will be refunded except for shipping costs.

BALEARIC ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

REST OF EUROPEAN UNION

The cost is equivalent to the shipping price, and varies depending on weight and dimensions. Check prices and availability.

    No returns are made on shipments outside the European Union.
        No changes are made. If you want a size change or similar, you must return it and place a new order.

        FREE SHIPPING COSTS ON RETURNS THE MAINLAND

        Refunds will be made by the methods mentioned above. As soon as the return arrives and we check its correct condition (including the packaging and accessories included), we will proceed to refund the money using the payment method or gift card in our Shop.
        The clogs must not have been used and if signs of use are found, Nurse in a rush reserves the right to refuse the return. In this case, the client must be responsible for any expenses derived from their shipping.
        The process will take approximately 15 business days to complete from the moment you contact us.
